 The Client

The Fire Company launched the EcoSmart Fire in 2004 onto the global stage. Since then, the high-end environmentally-friendly bioethanol fuelled fire has gained global traction, and the Australian-designed, architecturally stunning and award-winning EcoSmart Fires can be found in homes in 75 countries around the world

 The Challenge

Educating the market on bioethanol fuel and building brand awareness for this environmentally-friendly solution, especially focusing on architects, designers, specifiers, builders and homeowners.

Our approach

Our team implemented an integrated campaign with the EcoSmart marketing team, producing written copy for case studies, EDM pieces, brochures, new model cards, catalogues and the website, supporting The Fire Company’s sales activities and further cementing existing customer and partner relationships.

By successfully targeting editorial features and generating commentary on the use of bioethanol fuel, this has helped ensure its position alongside any fuel driven heating discussions.

A focus of our work with EcoSmart Fire has been the creation of the LookBook series, a high-end publication showcasing EcoSmart Fires in amazing installations around the world. The LookBooks are a collection of case studies, including some very high profile works in hotels, celebrity homes and designer showrooms. These showcase the design flexibility of the EcoSmart Fire collection, amongst their myriad other benefits.

The EcoSmart LookBooks can be viewed on the website, but are designed as a hardcopy, magazine-style publication to be displayed in EcoSmart Fire showrooms across the globe.

The result

Our team has ensured that The Fire Company, the creator of the EcoSmart Fire, has always ‘punched above its weight’ with a consistent and ongoing presence in the media any size company would desire. In addition, by tapping into a well-stocked image library of aesthetically beautiful images has helped generate extensive coverage in both southern and northern hemispheres, across consumer and trade media, positioning EcoSmart Fires as a must-have.
